of our staff nurtures every child in a safe, supportive environment.
All members of our staff receive ongoing training and every member is
evaluated throughout the year. Our staff excels at stimulating children

Safety. Safety is a top priority at Intelligent Minds Development
Center. We go to great lengths to protect every child enrolled at our
Centers. Our Centers are constructed with free flowing floor plans.
Manual and electronic safety features make Intelligent Minds Development
Center facilities safe places to play, work and learn. When it comes
to your peace of mind, you can count on us for the highest possible
safety standards. |

Nutrition. Proper
nutrition is paramount in the development of young children. With this
in mind, we offer a full, well-balanced
lunch and two nutritious snacks daily. Our menus meet the nutritional
guidelines established by the United States Department of Agriculture,
Food and Consumer Service, providing healthy, tasty meals and snacks
for your child. |

Equipment and Learning Supplies. Age appropriate learning supplies
and equipment enable your child to meet or exceed his/her developmental
stage. Children explore all facets of their environment and use different
materials and learning aids. Our Center is equipped with a variety
of audio and visual aids, educational toys, games, puzzles and learning
supplies, and our playgrounds are divided into separate areas
for different age groups, each with age-appropriate equipment and
toys.
The various classrooms within our Centers are decorated with a variety
of colorful pictures, nursery rhyme depictions, seasonal pictures, maps,
bilingual calendars and color charts, as well as other age-appropriate
materials designed to stimulate the children's curiosity and

Open Door Policy. Intelligent Minds Development Center places
particular emphasis on open communication between parents and our staff.
Our Open Door Policy encourages parents to get involved in classroom
and Center activities. We believe this is critical in assisting families
to monitor each child's development, as well as maintaining a high level
of confidence between parents and our staff. |

Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum. In
addition to a nurturing,
caring and supportive environment, your children will embark on a
journey that will enable them to learn and grow socially, physically,
emotionally and intellectually. The assortment of activities is endless,
which encourages children to learn, play and explore. |
